1) Using the Website and Requesting Availability/Quotes

You may use this website to request availability and/or request quotes. Any availability shown is indicative and not a guarantee until we confirm the trip details to you.

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting requests. Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawfully obtained information.

2) Trip Information Accuracy and Limitations

We strive to provide accurate trip information. However, times, routes, local conditions, schedules, and services may change due to circumstances beyond our control (for example: weather, transport schedule changes, public authorities, force majeure events, or supplier changes).

We do not control third-party suppliers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance of services outside our direct control.

Before you confirm participation, you should verify final details provided to you by our communications.

3) Eligibility, Age Guidance, and Participant Responsibilities

By requesting availability and/or participating, you confirm that you meet any age and eligibility requirements communicated for the trip.

You are responsible for your documents (including identification) and for arriving on time as instructed. You must follow trip instructions, safety guidance, and applicable laws and regulations.

If a participant’s conduct creates risk to others or materially disrupts the trip, we may require the participant to leave the trip. Any additional costs arising from such circumstances may be borne by the participant.

4) Safety, Risk, and Disclaimers for Travel

Travel involves inherent risks. You acknowledge and accept risks associated with travel activities, including personal injury, property loss, and exposure to local risks.

You are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance, review health guidance, and prepare for local conditions. If you have medical conditions, you should consult a medical professional before travel.

5) Cancellation and Refunds (High-Level)

Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the trip type, timing, and applicable supplier policies. We will provide cancellation/refund terms during confirmation of your booking/request.

If changes are required due to circumstances beyond our control, we will aim to propose reasonable alternatives. Some costs may be non-refundable due to pre-paid supplier expenses.

6) Information for Distance/Off-Premises Contracting (Ukraine)

Before concluding a distance or off-premises contract, the seller must provide clear pre-contract information including business identification details, in accordance with: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", Стаття 17, Стаття 19.

For e-commerce, identification and contract-related information must be directly, simply, and stably accessible online, in accordance with: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію", Стаття 7, Стаття 17, Стаття 19.

Contract-related information provided through e-commerce and related commercial communications must be provided in the state language (Ukrainian), in accordance with: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію", державна мова.

For distance contracting, you must be able to place an order with payment using a clearly labeled order function and we must disclose required contract information, in accordance with: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію", кнопка або інша програмна функція, "замовлення з оплатою".

7) Privacy and Cookies (Notice and Consent)

If we use cookies or similar technologies that process personal data, we provide notice and obtain required consent in accordance with: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних".
